How can I get a quote?

You can use our form to request a quote for your part. You will have to upload the technical documentation and define the different technical parameters requested in order that the Dekide commercial team may draw up a quote according to your needs.

What do I need to get a quote?

The only thing we need is a technical drawing of your part indicating the measurements and required tolerances. If you have a 3D file, we would also be grateful if you could send it to us with a view to solving any potential doubts that may slow down any of the processes involved.

How is the quote calculated?

The Quotes Department uses an internal tool developed by Dekide to calculate the price of the parts. In addition, to avoid any error of calculation, all of the prices quoted are overseen by an expert production engineer.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No, there is no minimum quantity. We can make anything from one-offs to mass production.

What does "Batching" an order mean?

Dekide offers the possibility of supplying an order in partial batches, according to a part delivery schedule, so that the customer doesn’t have to receive the full order in a single delivery.

What does “Buffer” mean?

Dekide offers the possibility of keeping stocks of a specific number of parts for delivery as required by the customer. This means that the customer doesn’t have to stock the parts in their warehouse as Dekide will have all the parts in stock at its own facilities.

Difference between “Delivery time” and “Price”

In most cases the delivery time is 10-15 working days (the delivery dates may be longer for more complicated parts or larger batches). If the customer can wait a little longer to receive their order, the “Price” option may suit them better as they will obtain more competitive prices. The longer the delivery time the more leeway we have to select the most competitive supplier, meaning that the price may be cheaper.
