Approval

In addition to frequent audits by Dekide, our manufacturing partners also hold all of the necessary certifications to guarantee that the quality of their parts meets the ISO 9001 standard.

Documentation

At Dekide we offer the possibility of issuing documentation related to quality control, such as certificates for the manufacturing materials used and/or dimension check sheets for the parts.

We follow strict processes to guarantee that your parts always comply with the very highest standards of quality, both when selecting the manufacturers and in the regular audits carried out on them

Tolerances for
CNC machining

With a specification, we can obtain tolerances equivalent to IT5-T6. Without a specification, we work to ISO 2768 standards for CNC machining. See tolerances for linear deviations, except for sharp edges, and for angular dimensions.
